Istituto Musicale Vincenzo Bellini Electroacoustic Music from Sicily The Electronic Music School of the Istituto Musicale Vincenzo Bellini of Catania was founded in 1995 as the only one of its kind in Sicily. This CD, compiled by Alessandro Cipriani, the first professor at the school, includes a selection of compositions by students who were in the program between 1995 and 2003. It represents a historical record as well as a means for making available the work carried out during the program's first 10 years.
